UserTesting had a very dated look, a lot of inconsistencies and needed a major design overhaul. I was brought onto the marketing team to do just that and lead the visual branding to give the company a more modern, professional, and cleaner look. From exploring new colors, icon styles, fonts and graphical treatments, UT was given a polished new image with bold colors and organic photography that gave a more humanized feel to the brand. This was applied across many platforms, including the product, website, blog, and all demand generation assets and marketing channels.
Achievers re-branded from I love Rewards to Achievers. New colors, icon styles, and graphical treatments were just the start. The final release featured a more illustrative look, with bold colors and organic photography that imparted a more polished and modern persona on Achievers.
We expanded our recognition brand into the US and EMEA as the demand for employee engagement grew along with our client base.
Working at an agency, I partnered with many different clients, such as Cover Girl, Herbal Essences, Kraft and Olay. Projects stemmed from magazine and editorial design as well as responsive web and mobile, print and digital. Proctor & Gamble's Rouge magazine was a main focus as I worked on the quarterly issue with the team as well as managed the website, emails, newsletter and a significant volume of promo materials focused on marketing initiatives.
